Pregnancy: When did you have sexual intercourse? If you miss your period - would take a home pregnancy test at that time. Chest pain is not a classic pregnancy symptom. If lower abdominal pain is immediately following intercourse - that would be too early to be symptomatic.

Possible: There is a chance of pregnancy every time with unprotected sex. Chest pain and lower belly pain could be caused by many things. If it has been over 2 weeks since unprotected sex, take a pregnancy test. If it has been less than 3 days, and pregnancy is not wanted, I would consider trying plan B or the morning after pill.
