Maybe and No: When a women is supine (on your back) and if your uterus tips up (70 percent of women have this) then the uterus and the vagina make a v shape which allows the semen and sperm to pool and allows the cervix to dip into this pool allowing the sperm to swim up into the uterus and fallopian tubes. You do not have to reach orgasm to get pregnant.
