Heart palpitations: Heart palpitations can have many causes. Unlikely it was 2 squares of chocolate bar. There are normal heart accelerations like in exercise and pathologic reasons behind heart arrthymias due to cardiac disease. See a doctor to start the work up and get treatment and reassurance.
