Mixed symptoms: Itching/irritation is most consistent with a vaginal yeast infection. However, yeast doesn't cause strong odor; that symptoms suggests bacterial vaginosis or other infection, includes STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea or trichomonas. You need to stop trying to find answers online and see a doctor in person. Your nearest NHS GUM clinic would be an excellent choice. Good luck.
