Several things: You should have a professional examine you . You could have a fissure or even an anal fistula.

Question not clear: Are you saying you have stool coming from your vagina? or leaking from your rectum??? If stool is coming from your vagina you may have a recto-vaginal fistula that will need surgery to repair. Please clarify.
