Yeast?: A common cause of vaginal area itching is yeast infection, sometimes called thrush. It's not sexually acquired and is common in virgins. Treatments are easily available -- try a vaginal cream with active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, many others); a pharmacist can advise you.
