Food sensitivity: What you describe is classic for food sensitivity. A good thing to try is eliminating the most common foods that cause problems - gluten (in wheat and most grains), milk, and eggs. Also pay attention to any other foods that seem to make things worse. Eliminate one food at a time for about 2 weeks. You can also have food allergy testing done.
