Probably not: Nausea and vomiting are very common during the first 14 weeks of pregnancy. Vomiting can cause tiny blood vessels in the esophagus and stomach to break and cause a bit of bleeding. If the bleeding gets heavier or persists every time you vomit, you must see your ob.
