Headache: PMS?: Headaches with stress or low blood sugar are common, and can also occur as pre-menstrual when estrogen levels fall rapidly, causing both emotional reactions (stress) and contractions of some blood vessels, which lead to headaches. "Missing meals" can cause temporary drops in blood sugar, which produce headaches as well. Consult a referral neurologist if these continue, for a specific cause.
