Stop shaving, 4 now: Razor-bumps result from shaving/cutting the hair too short, thus causing the hair to get stuck under the skin causing the bumps. Basically these are trapped hair follicles. Use of some exfoliating skin lotion/cream may help the trapped hair to come through to surface and thus resolve the bumps. So, stop shaving too closely will reduce this. Laser/electrolysis is expensive, but no bumps! good luck.

See PCP: Bumps on the pubic area could be simple cysts in the skin, inflammation in the hair follicles or herpes simplex. Only examination by a physician can determine the diagnosis and recommend treatment.
