Unlikely: We don't have a bunch of studies on the effect of illegal (feds) drug use on antibiotic use, but for most antibiotics this is never a problem for weed.

Nope: Marijuana or THC have no known interactions with antibiotics and won't interfere with azithromycin for chlamydia.
