Yes, if full period,: it would be highly unlikely that you are pregnant, but if you only had light spotting, pregnancy is still possible. Either way, a pregnancy test done 1 week after expected menses would be confirmatory.

Agree with Dr Cress: Potential side effects w emergency contraception include menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). So it depends on if the bleeding was a period or not. A home pregnancy test can help to differentiate.
