No worries, if...: For guys, doctors do not have a test to be done after possible HPV exposure. HPV is very common, so in 2017 consider every sexual exposre as a possible HPV exposure... so we just approach it from a population perspective and from a vaccine perspective. Thus, get vaccinated if at risk, and don't worry about it except ask about it at annual check-ups. And, select partners wisely... monogamy helps.
