Decisions, decisions: Chance of getting pregnant with no ejaculation is low. The real question is whether or a couple is ready for a baby and instant family. If one absolutely positively must not get pregnant, then one has to consider Plan B within 48 hours of sex. One can also ask her Ob-Gyn about an IUD, which works as emergency contraception within the first few days after sex, and then keeps protecting after that.

Even if he did: not ejacualte - pre-ejaculate can contain viable sperm. I am not sure what the dates above mean. If you wish to avoid pregnancy - Plan B will reduce risks. Consider use of oral contraceptives if you plan to be sexually active and don't desire pregnancy.
