Pay attention : Your body is trying to tell you that you need to pay attention and make some changes. First you need a complete exam with your doctor to make sure nothing major is wrong. Hopefully this is the case, and stress is just triggering some hyperventilation which is causing you to feel dizzy. A good mind - body therapist or doctor can help and give you some tools to make some changes!
