Likely related to : Your cycle. Breast soreness that is bilaterall (both breasts hurt equally) is less concerning than unilateral breast pain. Talk to your obgyn but the best thing is to make sure you use approrpirate suppor garments. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and or Motrin are helpful.
