No: If your pregnancy test is positive, then your pregnant. If your urine pregnancy test is negative get a quantitative BHCG just to be sure, if you are worried. Nexplanon will not make a false positive or false negative test. Yes you can get pregnant on Nexplanon, but it's very rare.
