Find why U lost WT: With out changing you life style , ( exercise , diet etc ) why you are loosing weight speak to your doctor. At the age of 49 skin will not mold back to normal , the wrinkles will remain, but cosmetic surgery will help you if you want wrinkle free skin.

Weight loss: Unintentional weight loss is serious. I would see your primary physician first for a metabolic panel, complete blood count, thyroid panel, and stool sample. Followed up by a possible colonoscopy. Don't delay.

Need work up: Please see a doctor to evaluate you for weight loss. If you have a good apetite and eating well then are you having diarrhea. If yes then malabsorption, ibd and GI tumors could be considered. If you have increased apetite, poor heat tolerance hyperthyroidism may be considered. Also to be considered are malignancies, chronic infectious disease like PTB and hiv. Depression could cause poor food intak.
