Prostate problem?: Your problem seems to indicate an enlarged , probably benign,prostate putting pressure on the adjacent rectum. I would recommend urological exam to include at least PSA and digital rectal exam and if indicated a flexible sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy to follow. When all that is accomplished they can put you in the basket with the rest of us old guys and treat your prostate.
