Exam: It sounds like you may have GERD ( reflux of stomach acid ). Get examined and medicated. I suggest BOTH OTC Mylanta and Prilosec or Nexium-24 until you can be seen and examined.

Motility disorder: Sounds like some sort of bowel motility disorder such as dyspepsia/gastroesophageal reflux or the like. There are some other possibilities that may need to be checked out including gallbladder problems. Examination by a doctor licensed in your area would be recommended as you may require tests and they could sort out treatment for you.

Gastritis: The burning symptom may be due to inflammation of the stomach lining(gastritis) and I recommend a trial of bland diet, avoiding alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and the taking of a medication like omeprizole or zantac. The urge to have a bm could be due to an irritable colon. If symptoms are not cleared up within a week or if they worsen, see your physician.
