Hair length: In most people, each hair actively grows x 3 years (anagen phase), rests for 3 months (catagen, telogen) then falls out and a new hair grows in its place. Some people have active growth phase up to 10 years. They can grow hair really long. If a person has thin hair from the beginning, that can't change, but if hair starts thinning because of hormones or other health factors, it can be treated.
