Benign Breast Tumors: The best thing is to go to your gynecologist or your health care provider. You will need a breast exam, and mammogram/ultrasound. If there is mass found by exam or imaging you should be referred to a breast surgeon. The good news is that the most likely the mass is a fibroadenoma, which is a benign tumor.
