Yes.: There is a slight increased risk of bleeding when the two are taken together. It’s of concern in older patients and those who’ve had ulcers. Where I’d get concerned with you is if you took that high-strength ibuprofen many more times. Once or twice more is fine -- as long as you never get ulcers. Much more than that, switch to taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) for pain, as it’s safer with sertraline.
