Although it is: unlikely that you have heart disease as a young woman it is not impossible and it is possible that during arousal you could have cardiac chest pain that would resolve as collateral flow becomes available during intercourse. For peace of mind I would see a health care practitioner for evaluation and perhaps cardiac testing.
