Head injury: With head injuries, doctors usually want to know if there was any loss of consciousness, continued headache past a certain amount of time, any vomiting after the trauma and if you're taking any blood thinning medications. It's unclear when exactly this happened to you, but if you're still having headache and neck pain, it doesn't hurt to get it checked out. Best of luck.

Head trauma : Without further information, a ct scan of the head/brain and facial bones is needed. Sooner than later is highly advised.
