Try astroglidr: If these are new symptoms I would rec making an appointment to be evaluated for an infection or other issue that may be causing your pain. If you have always had pain with penetration, it would still be a good idea to be evaluated. Coconut oil could work or a water based lubricant such as astroglide might be better. Make sure to do plenty of foreplay with digital penetration prior to intercourse
