Dull feeling of tender pressure/fullness in lrq for 3 days plus some cramping. worse with pressure on left or right side. usually have pain when i ovulate which was a week ago, but this is different. what might cause this?

Multiple causes: ovarian cyst appendicitis,. pelvic inflammatory disease, possible infection/STD, colitis or infection for starters. Any unexplained RLQ pain should be evaluated immediately at the ER.-NOW! Please have someone transport you to the ER asap.
