More info needed: This is a peculiar story. I have trouble understanding how you could injure your penis by shaking after urinating or by "pulling too hard". Any more symptoms? Discharge? Pain when urinating? Blood in urine? If any of these, maybe an STD or other infection; or maybe passing a stone? If all better, probably safe to ignore. If in doubt, see a doctor.
