4-5 days, 6 weeks: Smart move to be tested for STD if your partner might be at risk, e.g. other partners recently. A vaginal swab test for gonorrhea and chlamydia is accurate any time more than 4-5 days after exposure; that test can be done in the next few days. Syphilis and HIV blood tests need to wait until 6 weeks after exposure (unless whoever you see for gon/chl testing suggests earlier because esp high risk.)
