Age:Only if symptoms: What do u mean by blood pressure (BP) & pulse are "very orthostatic"? Orthostasis is a symptom, not a sign. If you're having symptoms orthostasis (fainting, dizzy spells, weakness / fatigue, passing out), then certainly you should be under a doctor's care. If you're concerned about why your BP/pulse numbers are low in the absence of symptoms, u can TTYD for testing. It may negative, given your age
