I wouldn't swim: I generally ask my patients to avoid hot tubs, swimming pools, and ocean/lake swimming for as long as the bleeding continues after a procedure (10-14 days), because inevitably, some water gets inside the vagina and I worry about infections while the cervix is still healing. Showers are fine. But these recommendations are not strict, and not all doctors agree. Some say 48 hours, some say 2 weeks.
