A member asked:

Can you get a yeast infection in your eyes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely but serious: Usually these types of infections would be after trauma/contacts(fungal keratitis) or w/underlying. Risk factor that would affect someone's immune status, e.g a Candidal blood stream infection (endophthalmitis) from a line infection. These are not things that usually occur without a risk factor. If it is just an area of redness along the lids or conjunctivitis, it would most likely be allergic.
