It needs to be check: Blood in the bottom hole?Do you mean you are bleeding from the rectum.Is it when you go to move your Bowels?Or the blood is staining your underpants.Anyway it is not normal.It may be due to Hemorroids.A polyp in the colon,Due to inflammatory Bowel Disease,Cancer of colon,or Anal tear.I suggest you get examined by your Family Doctor,get it diagnosed and get appropriate treatment.
