120/80 is expected: less than 130 (usually less than 120) for the top number or systolic ; less than 90 for the bottom number (diastolic). Obviously, if your blood pressure is higher than this , get seen by your doctor. A low blood pressure is less than 95-100 systolic and less than 55 diastolic, in general.
