NO: I wouldn't say Xyzal is "100 times stronger" than zyrtec. Xyzal is derived from zyrtec. Different antihistamines have a different effect on patients. If you feel that xyzal (levocetirizine) works better than zyrtec (cetirizine), then stay on xyzal.
