Worried?: Not really but if it is bothering you you should get it checked out. It could be an ear problem, tooth problem, other oral problem. Hard to say without more information.

Infection?: An ear infection or a dental infection are the most likely causes in your age group. If it carries on getting worse then you should get it checked to see if you need antibiotics/ear drops.
