Dolo means Pain: It is probably one of the pain pills like Tylenol or Ibuprophen(Motrin)

Acetaminophen: It should be Acetaminophen (AKA Tylenol, Panadol, Anacin, Paracetamol, DOLO 650M). It is for mild to moderate pain. It is not a narcotic.
