Green spot: This lesion would likely need to be examined and more history obtained to be able to provide you with useful input about the diagnosis or possible treatment.

Could be many things: Could be the start of a bruise. If it doesn't hurt, isn't turning red and spreading and you otherwise feel ok just watch it for a few days. If it gets worse see your GP and get checked out.
