Tell us your BP read: There is no one blood pressure which I can quote as the BP often fluctuates with different levels of activity, both physical and mental. Any BP reading taken at rest should not be over 140/90 mm(that would be high BP). But you should have at least 3 BP readings taken on different days before you can be certain if your BP is high or not.
