Be seen: You would be well served to be seen to confirm your diagnosis of pain coming from the si joint itself as opposed to other conditions in that area. Gymnasts are increased risk for back conditions including spondylolisthesis which can cause radicular pain near the si joint. An MRI can help confirm. Physical therapy or injections are the two most common nonoperative things we try to relive symptoms
