Avoid NSAIDs,: You have mild thrombocytopenia; the normal range is 150K to 300K. NSAIDS can cause this, as can a variety of other conditions, including infections, swollen spleen, immune dyfunctions. Avoid blood thinners such as coumadin and NSAIDs. The treatment can involve steroids, blood transfusions and splenectomy. See your PCP for referral and diagnosis.
