Needs exam now: A more detailed history and examination are needed immediately. I strongly encourage a visit to an Emergi center or ER now in case we are dealing with a surgical emergency. This is a precaution. Other possible causes are food poisoning, an infectious disease, trauma, or even cancer. A proper diagnosis and treatment for this must be done on site at a clinic or emergency room.
