General rule: Creams or lotions you apply to the skin surface will not transfer a detectable amount of med through the skin to your blood. If it doesn't get into your blood it cannot effect the fetus. Only specialized prescription meds, placed on patches with penetration capabilities would get through the skin. You generally never need to worry about over the counter creams/lotions/liquids you apply to your ski
