Normal: This is the beginning of your fourth week of this menstrual cycle and the lining of the womb is preparing to start a period in less than one week. If the spotting returns again, this time next 2 cycles, have your MD examine you for uterine enlargement as uterine fibroids are known for pre-period spotting/staining.
