Need more info: There are many reasons why you get nauseous & dizzy after sex or even during sex. It would be important to know your age and medical history . Some things that might be a cause are anxiety, diabetes, blood pressure problem, any medications you take. Please make an appointment with your family physician & talk things over with him/her & get some routine blood tests done & an exam.
