Don't: I would not take it upon yourself at this point to do any type of wound care, having had surgery so recently. Keep your followup appointment. If you think there is excessive drainage, call and have your appointment moved up.

Nothing: I would leave the dressing alone . If you have any questions then I would call your physician and check with him.
