Chemotherapy trial: Chemotherapy may be successful even though the prognosis is not so good as for other testicular carcinomas. The man should be treated at a major cancer center.

Not good: Unfortunately pure testis choriocarcinoma prognosis is poor, in stage iii lymph nodes of both sides of diaphragm are involveed with out organ involvement , with recent advances in chemotherapy other forms , seminoma and some germ cell tumors has much better prognosis.
