Vaginal discharge: is common, especially following sexual intercourse. If you have implanon than ovulation is unlikely. Implanon is one of the most reliable forms of birth control. It works by stopping ovulation, thickening the mucous around the opening of the cervix, and altering the lining of the uterus.
