Infection, maybe STD: Colored vaginal discharge (yellow, green, etc) suggests infection, including STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichomonas, assuming you are sexually active. And and the tags you chose show STDs are on your mind. Possibly bacterial vaginosis, but BV and trichomonas usually cause odor. Presence of blood also goes along with infections like STDs. Get examined and tested ASAP.
