Elbow pain: The discomfort could be caused by tendonitis. Look for a tender spot or pain on certain motions of your elbow. Apply cold alternating with heat and, if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve should help.Try applying a liniment like bengay. See your physician as needed.
